1. Tell us something about your work.
I am a Graphologist and a Counsellor. I have completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Buddhist Psychology. Along with that, I did my graphology course.
So graphology is a blend of art and science. It helps in understanding the human mind, behaviour, strength, weakness, traits and details about a person based on their handwriting, drawing and signature.
I have been in graphology for the last 11 years and training for 9 years. I help people to understand themselves and transform themselves into better versions. It gives a realistic view of problems that confront people from all aspects of life.
2. Why counselling is so important nowadays? And at what point in life, a person should get counselling?
There is dogma, that only when a person has a serious life problem then a person needs mental therapy and counselling. But it is not like that. We all belong to a society where every second person is facing some form of stress while dealing with their issues. So counselling is very important.
When you feel that you are going through a phase of a life that doesn’t belong to you, rather you feel disconnected. You should go for counselling. Counselling helps you to understand your mindset and your thoughts process. It helps the person to get back on their feet and feel comfortable than ever. The therapy provides a safe non-judgemental and respectful environment which helps to regain the balance of life. And ignoring your mental health can result in worsening the condition.
3. What is your educational background?
I started my learning as a graphologist just after completing 10th. Earlier it was only a passion but after my interest grew and I decided to make my career in psychology. I did bachelor and Masters respectively, also I did a lot of things besides this such as colour therapy. Reiki, EFT, mind power training, crystal healing and many more. Every year I have worked on myself and tried to learn as much as I can. I entered into this professional field while combining graphology and psychology, also all my learnings and knowledge helps me to understand my clients better.

4. What were your challenges?
Challenges are part of everyone’s life. I faced it too. Firstly People see this graphology as a hobby, not as a career. But I believed in myself that I can make a profession in this field and I did so. The second challenge was my age because people don’t trust young counsellors easily and Initially, I faced this a lot, where I needed to prove my potential.
But eventually with time and my hard work it changed, now people trust me and my work.
5. So how did you initially start?
So I started with free analysis during my teenage along with my studies and I got a very good experience and encouragement from people which motivated me to work in this field with heart and soul. I also worked in a corporate firm but I never felt comfortable there, I realised training and counselling was my calling. I love counselling, I love training and I love my work. I believe in myself now and my work
What are your plans?
I wish to create a platform where I could provide all kinds of counselling for all age groups in one single place.
