Some time ago it was reported that a Brazilian judge fined Apple $1081 (Rs 83,925) because not giving a charger with the phone is a violation of the country’s consumer laws.
Let us tell you that even in Sao Paulo these companies are being fined. Procon, a consumer protection agency there, has imposed a fine of US $ 5.2 million (more than Rs 40.41 crore) on these companies. At present, it is not known whether this fine has been imposed by Apple or Samsung Pay together or separately.
