A true artist is not who is inspired but one who inspires others, Nikhil Mishra a digital artist and illustrator is one of them. He is also known as nikhilmishracreation . For him his art is a gift of God, and he wants to spread the essence of it to the world. For him, his paintings are his emotions and life which he can’t avoid even in the lack of any support. He wants to bring change in the society, where people are more attracted to the modern Western world neglecting and disrespecting the art, culture, and traditions of our country.
He came into lame light when he randomly posted his animated painting of Lord Sri ram on his Instagram account, which he had completed just in half an hour. In a very less time, it became viral and people started appreciating his work. His painting was used by many, people shared it a lot even used it as their profile image and in public events.
He makes such amazing paintings of god and goddess, that it has shadows of them. His love and devotion to the almighty are reflected purely in his works… According to him, life is very short for achieving all his goals, so he believes in continuous hard work and achieving targets.

EARLY LIFE

Nikhil Mishra was born and raised in a small village of Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh. He was born in 1997 in a middle-class family. His father Srikrishn Mishra is a farmer and his mother Kamla Mishra is a housewife. He is the youngest of three sisters. He and his family are very spiritual and devoted to God. Nikhil is very grateful to his family who are very supportive. When he was just 5 years of age, he uses to dance and do shiv tandav during aarti after puja. His buaa saw his talent and support him a lot. He also played the characters of Lord Sri Ram, Sita, and Laksmana in Raam Leela. He played the character of Sita when he was in class 6th and in class 7th of Lord ram. He continued this till his college and he told us that he will again perform in Raam Leela from next year probably. Nikhil feels blessed and emotionally connected with these characters of sita, ram, and Lakshmanan. He considers himself as God’s child and images of god and goddess are in his heart. He got the inspiration from painting God’s images from here only. He is a very ground-to-earth person, with a soft heart and a Sweet voice.

SCHOOLING

Nikhil Mishra did his schooling from Jabalpur itself. He was quite good at his studies. He did his graduation in history and political science. Also, he has done three diploma courses DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications), PPO ( plastic processing operator), and English stenographic respectively.
Further due to his keen interest in animation and digital art he went to Indore and took personal training under a teacher

STRUGGLE

DIFFICULT ROADS LEAD TO BEAUTIFUL DESTINATIONS AND STRUGGLE IS A PART OF LIFE.

Nikhil Mishra faced a lot of challenges in his life. The very first was his family’s financial problems due to which he was not able to afford to pay high fees for the animation and digital art training. After 12th he wanted to go to Indore for further studies in animation but he didn’t and continued with his graduation in history and political science.

Sometimes to achieve big, we have to take a big risk. Our very own Nikhil Mishra also took a major risk in his life when he decided to quit his job for his passion. In 2017, he quit his job and returned to his hometown. Victory is always possible to the person who refuses to stop fighting. Nikhil started doing photography and short films of the children of his village. He uses to dress them using different accessories and clothes and capture their photos. He edited them with the help of mobile apps and from a laptop which he borrowed from one of his brothers. This got published in the local newspaper and got lots of appreciation from everyone.

By seeing his talent and determination Family supported him and encouraged him to go to Indore and learn this art. In 2018 he went to Indore but we were not able to afford the High fees of institutes. So he took personal coaching from a teacher there and also worked under him and did many projects. He worked day and night. He has done three months training of in sketching.

TURNING POINT OF HIS LIFE AND ACHIEVEMENTS

The year 2018 was a turning point of his life when he made his first painting Vigilant villagers of the Narmada pollution. people worship the river Narmada and its tributaries. The impact of his painting was that people begin to discuss this matter and called meetings to take steps to stop river pollution. Nikhil said that his first painting was his inspiration to make further God’s paintings and animations. He wishes to change society and make alive our old lost Indian art and culture. He says that God made him do this spiritual work.

His animation of Lord shiv was used in kailash Kher’s concert. Also, Nikhil Mishra worked with him on a project of a music video ” hum hai Jahan”, he designed all the characters and background and the animations were done by his team.
Nikhil Mishra’s work was also shared by Arun Govil , one who played Lord Rama in Ramanand Sagar’s hit television series Ramayan
He gifted his painting of Mahakal in the malakaleshwar temple. Which is also portrayed there.
He constantly gets appreciation from his fans and followers for his unique art style and his wonderful work.
His paintings are now being used in t-shirts prints.
He also got various orders and projects from London
Besides God’s painting, Nikhil is promoting tribal art of tattoos ( godana) through his digital art. He doesn’t want this traditional art to be lost in this modern era.

FUTURE PLANS

NIKHIL MISHRA is working very hard. Daily he gives 14 to 15 hours to his work.

He had many projects in the lines. Also, he is working on a movie script, and he is very determined to achieve his targets.

He wants to bring change to society through his paintings.

Also, he is concerned about how some people use God’s image in a negative way to gain popularity. they disrespect them by depicted them wrongly.

He has a unique art style, in which he uses fewer colors, fewer strokes, and very least details. His paintings have real emotions by which the viewer can connect.

He is really an amazing person. Our team and I wish him luck and a successful future ahead.
