Dr. Abhishek Srivastav (Author/Motivational Speaker/ Columnist) is a Visionary Man with a mission to transform the lives of people. There was a time when his personal & professional life became a herculean challenge. He was suffering severely from bouts of anxieties & strokes of depression. In fact, he was bombarded with suicidal thoughts. Eventually, he overcame all the hurdles with grit & determination. For now, he is passionate about people’s empowerment & transformation. He shares his experiences with people. He is committed to provide path-breaking solutions to people and bring a radical shift in their mindsets through his BOOKS, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, and training so that they can rise from strength to strength & achieve the noblest ends of human life.

His early life and education-

He was born into a middle-class family in Bihar. He belongs to Patna. He says that his parents shared strong emotional support while he was a small kid. But when he entered his teenage, he was the most neglected & underestimated child of all the siblings. He didn’t get any proper guidance. He fell into a relationship & lost himself leading to suicidal thoughts. He failed in his senior secondary exam, failed in graduation multiple times, opened an institute & failed miserably there. And the list is endless… In spite of all the failings & tragedies, he never gave up. He believes that clarity, purpose & hardcore determination will never let you down.

Career as a teacher, author, mentor, and motivational speaker-

Nothing worthwhile in life comes without struggle. His case is no different. He started off teaching English in the junior section. He put a lot of blood & sweat into acquiring knowledge & skills to become a good teacher. He has been in the field of education for over a decade. He has been researching education, motivation, parent-child relationship & student life. He has read more than 500 books so far on Education, Motivation, Parenting & Entrepreneurship. He has taken more than 50 training from renowned coaches of India. Recently, he has authored a scientific motivational book titled ‘Wisdom of Excellence- Live by Triumph, not by Tragedy’ which is acknowledged by people of all age groups. He is working on his second book which is the autobiography of Mr. R.S. Rathaur.

His achievements–

Super 30 Anand Kumar appreciates his mission and congratulates him for becoming a published author at such a young age.
He was honored in front of Deputy Chief Minister, Bihar, Mr. Tarkishore Prasad for his authorship of the book.
IPS Vikas Vaibhav has collaborated with him in his campaign #letsinspirebihar & he is playing a key role.
Theophany University, Caribbean Island, Haiti, has awarded him an honorary degree (Doctor of Philosophy in Education)
He has taken an International Webinar for Bangladesh on Sales where approx. 1500 people were watching him live & around 1200 comments were made from the Philippines, Egypt, Pakistan, Nepal, UAE & Bangladesh.
He has also interviewed Khan Sir and many other educators of Bihar.

His ideologies–

He strongly believes in value-based education. He lays much emphasis on Self-development (Para Vidya) & Skill development (Apara Vidya). He shares 9c’s of holistic education. Self-development includes Character, Commitment, Courtesy, Courage & Conviction. Skill development includes Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity. He announces that a man has infinite strength to create history.

His future plans and upcoming projects–

He is working on two books. The first one is autobiography of Mr. R.S. Rathaur who is the Chairman of G.D. Goenka School, Gaya & KnowledgeGram International School, Patna. The second book is on Parenting. Besides, he has joined hands with IPS Vikas Vaibhav to inspire Bihar. Very soon he would start delivering his lectures & motivational talks in every nook & corner of Bihar. He is also meeting Chief Minister Mr. Nitish Kumar and will share his plans to collaborate with him to work in the field of education.
